Here’s the truth: No one is judging you as harshly as you judge yourself. We just returned from spring break in Florida and I wanted to share something that is on my mind after spending some time on the beach. The only thing a bathing suit is meant to do is let you enjoy the sun, the water, and the moment. Your body has carried you through life—why hide it? This is just a reminder that nobody is watching, nobody is worrying about what you are wearing at the beach—they are doing their own thing on the beach!

So wear the suit. Laugh in the waves. Soak up the sunshine. Confidence isn’t about perfection; it’s about choosing joy over self-doubt. And that kind of energy? It’s contagious.
As a 52-year-old mom, I am reminding all of us that years from now, you won’t remember how you looked in that swimsuit but you will remember the fun you had wearing it and the memories you made!
Enjoy yourself!
Sent with love,
